Support provided

Search and pre-selection

Definition of criteria, pre-selection of properties, and organisation of preliminary viewings in line with priorities.

Negotiation and follow-up

Assistance with the negotiation of the purchase or rental price and administrative follow-up, including financing-related steps.

Legal assistance

Legal assistance for signing a preliminary sales agreement, the final deed before a notary, or a lease agreement, in France as well as in Italy (Liguria).

Framework and transparency

Intervention is governed by a mandatory fee agreement. This activity remains ancillary to the firm’s main practice.

Fees and commissions

The first consultation is free. Fees are then formalised through a mandatory fee agreement, with a flat and decreasing fee structure for acquisitions depending on the value of the property.

Commissions

3% for properties below €500,000
2.5% for properties between €500,000 and €1,000,000
2.25% for properties between €1,000,000 and €1,500,000
2% for properties above €1,500,000
